Ep 186: Vulnerability and Confidence as a New Nurse with Kati Kleber

Play Episode

Kati Kleber with NurseEyeRoll.com  is one of my favorite nurses.

In fact . . . this is the second time I have had her on the show.  You can listen to the first interview here.

In this episode Kati and I discuss vulnerability and confidence in nursing and how to develop both as a nursing student and new nurse.

Sadly, there is a vibrant culture of shame and doubt within nursing.  Nursing school and starting as a new nurse is a very vulnerable time . . . in this episode we talk about how to develop confidence in yourself, why it’s okay to feel doubt, and how to use vulnerability to grow as a nurse.

Also . . . . we discuss the new role Kati will be playing at NRSNG.com . . . SUPER EXCITED!
