What Are You Struggling With?

How to deal with being stressed, anxious and scared in nursing school

Play Episode

It’s no secret that nursing school is tough! We have talked about it more than a few times here on NRSNG but we’re always here for you.

Jon Haws (Founder of NRSNG) and Chance Reaves (one of our nurse educators) discuss how they dealt with stress and anxiety while in nursing school and what sort of simple steps you can take to make sure you don’t get overwhelmed.

One important takeaway is to know that you aren’t alone. There’s a good chance that many of your classmates feel the same so be sure to talk openly about your struggles. Perhaps a classmate has already dealt with a similar situation or can offer some tips on what helped them. You won’t ever know if you internalize your struggles.

You CAN do this and NRSNG is here to help.
